From the moment they arrived, we had a full agenda organized with one of their first activities being private jet skis across the shimmering waters of Miami, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend. Their hotel was the beautiful Delano Hotel in South Beach right in the heart of the Super Bowl action.

The adventure began with an air of mystery as guests were kept in suspense about their destination. Prior to the event, each attendee was prompted to select their favorite movie character from a curated list, tailored to ensure we could procure the perfect costumes. Armed with this information, we tailored unique outfits for every individual based on their preferences and sizing.

The morning began with a custom bar awaiting guests in the private lounge, offering an array of cocktails from classic Bloody Marys to refreshing mimosas. Our hosts unveiled the mode of transport for the day – a fleet of seaplanes shimmering in the morning light. Guests were excited to hear they would be soaring above the city en route to the Hamptons.

A prominent U.S. company wanted to reimagine its long running Kentucky Derby client program by moving it to Napa Valley and delivering an experience that could impress even its most seasoned, well traveled guests. Insider Experience designed a four day itinerary centered on a fully private French Laundry evening personally hosted by Chef Thomas Keller, creating an intimate, Michelin starred culinary journey that left a lasting impression.
