Experience Napa and Sonoma

napa and sonoma

Napa Valley and Sonoma are the heart of California winemaking, encompassing a variety of wineries including family-owned and operated, women-owned, boutique wineries, and some of the most well-known names in wine.Within these regions, we can access and create unique experiences on and off the vineyards to elevate your program. From winemaker tastings, interactive Chef dinners, wine blending, stomps, and unique tours, we will aim to impress your guests at every step.

Give your wine-tasting experience an element of surprise, where the group is led to discover a table set between the vines for a lobster pour luncheon.Chefs arrive, guests stand, and excitement builds as a feast is poured over the table, a luxurious lobster lunch experience among the vines. An interactive and impressive way to dine!

A Ride Through the Valley

Seeing Napa from the tracks is a unique way for guests to view the wine region. The Napa Wine Train is a scenic way to fully experience the gorgeous, never-ending rolling vineyards of Napa from a different viewpoint, all on a vintage train.

Your program can include a ride through Napa enjoying a chef-forward meal onboard whilst sipping on wines from the region, and sighting the Valley’s iconic sites, some with stops for photo ops. We can tailor the stops to your attendee’s tastes mapping out a special route for the wineries and artisans to explore. Add our IE touch with an intimate winemaker meet and greet or wine pairing dinner.

There are multiple customizable options we can create on board, including full buy-outs dependent on group sizes. You really can hit that VIP level of experience for your groups on the Napa Wine Train.

Sip with Sustainability

Napa Valley, the winetasting capital of the U.S. and one of the most distinctive wine regions in the world, continues to go above and beyond to put sustainability at the forefront of the destination. Showcasing LEED-certified hotels and wineries, Napa Green Certified vineyards, innovative eco-operations, and farm-to-table dining.

The region has adopted Napa Green, the first global sustainable winegrowing certification of its kind that focuses on climate action, regenerative carbon farming, and social equity. There are nearly 100 wineries within Napa and Sonoma that have earned this soil-to-bottle certification, accounting for 40% of the overall collection.

We can map out and build unique sustainable experiences into your itinerary that can be anchored around any company or program green initiatives. Elevate a private tasting at a Napa Geen Certified vineyard with the winemaker providing education on their sustainable operation and design, or feature an interactive Chef experience on farm-to-table dishes while deep diving into the local farms and ingredients all while sipping on featured Napa Green wines.

A Napa Valley VIP Experience

If your group has VIP guests there are exclusive experiences that we can build around California’s “Cult” Wineries.

Opus One Estate is considered to be one of California’s Cult Wineries, the main building rises gently from the ground in harmony with its natural surroundings. On arrival at the estate, the guests will feel a sense of luxury encompassed with a sense of calm.

The wine produced here is premium as Opus One is the product of two families who shared a passion for wine and a desire to explore new horizons.

Visiting the estate guests will be able to gain an insight into the French and American origins and learn about the vineyard and winemaking practices from one of America’s best winemakers.
