HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
As we all seek to understand this new landscape for events, our goal as your DMC partner is to ensure that you and your guests can gather safely. Our number one priority is health and safety in this “new normal”.
Our team have been working through significant modifications to our pre-planning and onsite protocols to ensure that we are complying with CDC, state, and local government guidelines. Our processes will ensure that our clients, their guests, our employees, and our vendor partners health is top priority. Ongoing assessment and adaptations will be implemented to meet all mandated requirements.
Upon appointment of Insider Experience as your DMC, a detailed protocol document will be shared. We will work alongside you to ensure that our processes meet the need of your organization and any corporate partners.
As a snapshot of our onsite protocols, you can expect the following as the “new normal” when working with Insider Experience:
Vendor Management: All suppliers that we partner with will need to present their own detailed COVID management plan. They must meet strict guidelines with regard to sanitation, cleanliness and staff safety training.
Transportation: We are working with our partners on ways to promote physical distancing and negotiating favorable rates when booking larger coaches. A detailed sanitation plan will be implemented for each time a coach is used throughout the day including critical touch points in the vehicle to help protect guest health. All drivers will need to wear a mask and follow strict protocols.
Staff: All staff, be it IE staff or vendor staff will wear masks, be temperature checked multiple times a day and a dedicated staff member will be responsible for checking that no staff exhibit any symptoms. Where applicable, plexi screens will be used.
Set-up: All events will be set-up as per the current government guidelines as it pertains to square feet allowed per person.
Guest amenities: We will work with the chosen hotel to ensure that all guests receive the necessary safety amenities. This may include providing masks, hand sanitizer and sanitization wipes to each guest on a daily basis.
